2026 Spirited Awards 得獎名單揭曉！新加坡 FURA 奪下「世界最佳酒吧」桂冠

2026 年 7 月 23 日，第 20 屆 Spirited Awards 頒獎典禮於紐奧良的 Tales of the Cocktail 年度大會中舉行。這項由 Tales of the Cocktail Foundation（TOTCF）主辦的調酒界盛事，今年以「Spark」（火花）為主題，慶祝走過二十個年頭。Food & Wine 擔任官方媒體合作夥伴。

在國際類別中，International Bartender of the Year 由墨西哥城 Bar Mauro 的 Yayo Nava 奪得；Best International Cocktail Bar 則由倫敦的 Satan's Whiskers 獲獎。香港 Bar Leone 獲得 Best International Bar Team 肯定。美國類別方面，紐約的 Takuma Watanabe（Martiny's / L'Americana / Midnight Blue）榮膺 U.S. Bartender of the Year，紐約的 Bar Snack 拿下 Best U.S. Cocktail Bar，華盛頓特區的 Service Bar 則獲頒 Best U.S. Bar Team。

全球類別的最大亮點莫過於新加坡的 FURA——同時拿下 World's Best Bar 與 Best International Restaurant Bar 兩項大獎。此外，墨西哥城的 Tlecān 獲頒 World's Best Spirits Selection；Helen David Lifetime Achievement Award 由調酒史學家 David Wondrich 獲得；Tales Visionary Award 則由 Jean Trinh 領受。年度最佳新烈酒或調酒原料由 Bruichladdich The Laddie Rye 7 Year 奪下。

今年的 Timeless 獎項由 Explore Louisiana 贊助，國際類別頒給泰國曼谷 Mandarin Oriental 酒店的 The Bamboo Bar，美國類別則由威斯康辛州密爾瓦基的 Bryant's Cocktail Lounge 獲得，表彰這些傳奇酒吧歷久不衰的影響力。

本屆 Spirited Awards 由超過 250 位業界專家組成評審團，由 Tiffanie Barriere 與 Ryan Chetiyawardana 擔任國際與美國類別主席。Tales of the Cocktail Foundation 執行董事 Charlotte Voisey 表示，二十年來調酒文化的復興令人振奮，今年的得獎名單反映了產業不斷進化且追求卓越的精神。除了頒獎典禮，Tales of the Cocktail 大會今年也迎來 24 週年，舉辦一系列講座與交流活動。
